Looking for a reasonably priced, relatively large space and a fun time? At only $180 for 8 hours, THAT Studio provides you with all the typical studio features, wifi, a T.V. for when you’re on break, and even a swing in the client area! The studio is conveniently located near a beach for a quick game of volleyball on break. What more do you need?

Our list won’t be completed without mentioning our good friends over at AstroLab Studios! You can do it all at their studios, from photos to video and even audio recording/mixing. We’ve got a chance to use their STUDIO 1 (which has over 2700 sq ft of space) & STUDIO 2 which are always freshly painted and equipped with a wide range of lighting you can use during your shoot. Highly recommended!

4. Studio 202
At King and Lawrence is a building built in the 40’s where Studio 202 is located. This studio has everything any other but one thing that makes Studio 202 stand out is its original architecture dating back to 1940s.

5. Studio 207
The prices includes the use of an assortment equipment, offers additional rental equipment and includes an iPad to stream music. The 1000 square feet studio makes an excellent blank canvas.

6. V1 Studio
If you want a different look, V1 Studio has two studios for you to choose from: V1, a warm loft, and V2, a luxurious Victorian space. Both spaces include props, a full kitchen and a makeup area. V1 even includes a cat free of charge!

Neighbourhood Studios’ Studio A is a 2000 square feet studio on Carlaw and Lake Shore Boulevard with a 20’ by 20’ frosted glass window. They have a workstation, some equipment included and others you can rent, and many other features.

10. Workplace One
This workspace is traditionally meant for conferences and as a workspace but can be the perfect studio with such great lighting and open rooms. They have several different spaces for rent across Toronto and Kitchener-Waterloo so it can be a convenient and stylish studio and office space.
