Afterlight 2 is a great app that allows you to make all standard photo edits to hue, saturation, brightness and contrast, but it also has a huge variety of filters, overlays and textures! One unique quality it has is that it allows you to zoom into your photos while editing them so you can be precise and get to all of the details that really matter! This app has a cost of $2.99.
VSCO is not just a photo editing app, but a network that you connect with other photographers on! Aside from standard editing tools, there are amazing presets that you can apply to your photos, and then you can share them for other creators to see. This app is free, but there are in-app purchases you can make to unlock even more features.
3. A Color Story
This app has over 300 filters and 100 moveable effects for you to try and choose from! These really help the images pop. The app is very user friendly! You can even edit photos in batches, which can really be very helpful. It allows you to edit both photo as videos. A Color Story is free, but offers in-app purchases to unlock all features.
2. Lightroom CC
An Adobe program right on your phone? Sounds good to me! The Lightroom app has an in-app camera with advanced HDR features to help you capture better images from the get go! The great thing about editing on this app is that you can always revert to the original. There are awesome presets that you can apply to your photos with a single tap! This app is free with in-app purchases.
This app is a go-to for lots of phoneographers! It is an all-around helpful app with plenty of different editing tools. Snapseed is easy to use and navigate, but the features it has and editing abilities it provides make it a super practical option! It remains popular because it is used by beginners and pros alike. Best of all, it is completely free.
