Street Art
Located so close to the Ontario College of Arts and Design, the walls and streets are filled with art. These pieces vary in sizes and content but while walking from shop to shop, be sure to admire the street art. With pieces that tirbute anyone from Miles Davis to Amy Winehouse, the market is a great place to do a street art and photo walk.
Pedestrian Sunday
The last Sunday of every summer month, Kensington Market comes alive with people, performers, and food. Pedistrian Sunday allows for the streets of Kensington Market to shut down and become walking paths for people to come and go as they please. The event welcomes performers and street entertainment to delight passerbys.
