This coming Sunday, Dec 4th is meant for only one thing – to celebrate all that is great about cookies! These delicious treats actually have a full day dedicated to them and it has been observed since 1987. If this is your first year celebrating this special day, you’ve got a lot of catching up to do. How should you go about observing this decadent day? It’s simple – eat cookies, bake cookies or, our favourite, photograph cookies!
Here is a super simple cookie recipe by Kraft to celebrate the occasion:
Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Makes 2 doz. or 12 servings, 2 cookies each.
-
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix together 1 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup sugar and an egg.
-
Stir into batter, 2 squares chopped Baker’s White Chocolate and 1/3 cup dried cranberries. Drop spoonfuls onto baking pan.
-
Bake for 20 min.
Here are some of our fav pics of cookies in preparation for this big day. Hope you’re not too hungry (if you are, just follow the recipe above):
