Algonquin Adventure | Partial Overnight
Create and explore through the wilderness of Algonquin Park stopping to observe and photograph the beautiful scenery through our Adventure Camp. Complete with five full lessons on Nature and Landscape Photography, your child is sure to come home with new skills to tackle and photograph the outdoors! End the day by settling down at the campfire and exploring night sky photography to capture the galaxy. Camping utilities, sleeping bags, accommodations, and food are included in the program so that you don’t have to worry! Spots are filling up fast! LENS Program | Partial Overnight
Want to take your learning a step further? This unforgettable, partial overnight experience to Algonquin Park is something you don’t want to miss! Your child will explore and photograph the wonders of nature for three full days! This program is specifically designed for 14-17 year olds looking to build on their leadership skills. The LENS Program acts as a stepping stone for those interested in learning more about what it takes to become a camp counsellor or instructor and how photography can be used as a leadership tool! Contribute your photography to Citizen Science Projects that will help real-world scientists better understand changes in global biodiversity! At the end of the week, you will also visit one of our cities largest green spaces to explore urban biodiversity and discuss the important role that photographers play in creating positive change within our own communities.
