Ana fell in love with photography as a young teen at 14. She combined her passion for photography with a Chartered Accountant background to start 3 successful businesses at 28 years old.
Ana graduated with a BComm from University of Toronto in 2004 and went on to pursue her CPA. She worked in the Audit & Assurance group at one of the largest accounting firms in the world, PricewaterhouseCoopers. She worked on many large multinational clients, such as: BMO Mutual Funds and Xerox; where she gained a solid understanding of financial accounting and internal controls / processes of various different organizations from multiple industries.
Following her audit career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she became a Controller at Omni Floorcoverings, a medium sized flooring company; where she was involved in all aspects of the business from financial reporting, to inventory logistics, IT conversions, and HR management. She learned how to run a business and in 2009, she left to start 3 of her own businesses.
GTA Photography quickly grew to become one of the largest hobbyist photography schools in Ontario.
Ana is actively involved in the community and has extensive volunteer experience, including:
Kids in Camp: Board of Directors
Ontario Camps Association: Member of the Finance Committee
CPA Ontario & Rotman Commerce: Mentor to future CPA’s students

3 kids & a dog keep her busy in her spare time (if you can call it that)!
